Abstract

In the modern information society, the requirements for the quality of education in general, and philology in particular, are growing. The new model of in-service training courses for teachers involves the development of professional competence of teachers of vocabulary, taking into account their basic education, professional and life experience, personal interests and abilities; deepening and systematization of knowledge of teachers of theory and practice of methods of teaching the Ukrainian language; improvement of research, creative, innovative skills of practical activity; ensuring the general cultural development of multifaceted cognitive interests and spiritual needs of the individual. The Department of Language and Literature Education in the context of a new model of professional development of the Institute of Postgraduate Education, of course, takes into account the professional needs and requests of teachers, providing for variability of programs, content and forms of education. The organization of the educational process during distance learning is carried out within the working hours of teachers. Accounting of working time and remuneration of teachers who organize distance learning is carried out in accordance with the law. Distance learning can be carried out in two modes: synchronous mode provides the possibility of real-time learning cooperation; asynchronous mode is especially convenient for using different forms and different methods of online learning. For example, a teacher may record video lessons (excerpts from lessons: explanations, instructions for independent work, etc.) or learning tasks that students must complete independently. Placed on special resources educational videos, slide shows the student can watch at a time convenient for him, if necessary, repeatedly, processing them at a pace convenient for him. Learning materials can be sent to the student by e-mail or posted on social networks or Viber. Synchronous mode is ideal for individual consultations. Distance learning can be both an independent form of learning and a component of blended learning.
