Анотація
The article is devoted to the issues of efficiency and expediency of using distance learning of students for practical disciplines, such as academic painting and drawing. Therefore, it is necessary to understand the degree of perfection of setting up a smart-education system. Informatization of society is a global social process, the feature of which is that the dominant activity in the field of social production is the collection, accumulation, production, processing, storage, transfer and use of information based on modern means of microprocessor and computer technology, as well as on the basis of various means of information exchange. The processes that take place in connection with the informatization of society contribute not only to the acceleration of scientific and technological progress, the intellectualization of all types of human activity, but also to the creation of a qualitatively new information environment of society, which ensures the development of creative potential of the individual. One of the directions of the process of informatization of modern society is informatization of education – the process of research and provision of education optimal use of modern or, as they are called, new information technologies, focused on the implementation of psychological and pedagogical learning goals. The main purpose of creating a distance education system is to provide national access to educational resources through the use of modern information technologies and telecommunications networks and to create conditions for citizens to exercise their rights to education. Distance learning provides the opportunity to study when it is convenient for the student, at the pace that he chooses (within the established time courses), in the place where he is (does not need spend time on the way to university, to pass the current and sometimes final tests). Video lessons, their quality and ease of use, quantity and quality of available information on the Internet,its ease of use, clarity and structure of the submitted information are analyzed. Ability to learn practical skills by students through appropriate lessons. The disadvantages and advantages of distance learning of students in higher educational institutions for practical subjects in the conditions of quarantine are determined
