Abstract

The relevance of the presented article is determined by two objectives circumstances, namely: 1) the growth of the role of philological education in the context of today's challenges, since it is teachers of philological disciplines who form a linguistic personality, as a carrier of a certain ethnicity, culture and values, capable of communication in a national and intercultural environment; 2) innovative dimensions of the development of modern higher education, as well as the trends of modern society, connected with the multimedia saturation of its basic spheres, determine the necessity and expediency of the formation of readiness future teacher of philology to the use of multimedia technologies in the future professional activity. The article analyzes a variety of approaches to interpreting the essence, structure, and types of the "readiness" phenomenon. The theoretical, personal and situational spheres of readiness have been clarified. The interpretation of the concepts "multimedia", "multimedia technologies" is presented. The readiness of the future philologist teacher to use multimedia technologies as an integrated professional and personal education, which contains a multifaceted system of knowledge, skills and abilities, as well as qualities and psychological states that enable the effective use of multimedia technologies in the process of professional activity, is determined. A number of scientific positions on the interpretation of the readiness structure are presented. A well-founded structure of the future philology teacher's readiness to use multimedia technologies, which contains motivational and value (motives and values ​​that are incentives and guidelines in the use of multimedia technologies); cognitive (knowledge of trends in modern philological education, potential and tools of multimedia technologies, age characteristics of students in the context of their implementation); organizational and coordination (use of new information technologies in the process of teaching philological disciplines of a secondary education institution, coordination of independent use of multimedia technologies by students) components.
