Abstract

The article provides a theoretical analysis of the scientific problem of the application of coaching and tutoring technologies in the process of preparing future educators of preschool education for professional activities. The content of the concepts «preparation», «professional training», «readiness», «tutoring», «coaching» is substantiated. The main attention of the article is focused on the effectiveness of tutoring and coaching technologies as a means of improving the effectiveness of training future educators for professional activities in the process of professional training. The functions of tutoring of preparation of future educators for professional activity are determined. Effective tutoring technologies are substantiated and coaching techniques that are adapted in the field of education are analyzed. The results of diagnosing the readiness of students of II-III courses of educational-professional degree «professional junior bachelor» of specialty 012 «Preschool education» for professional activity are presented.
