Abstract

The article highlights the aspects of content-technological provision of psychological-pedagogical support of personal and professional development of future teachers, updated in the scientific field and practice of the educational process of a higher education institution in the direction of implementing new educational standards. The main generalizations are based on the results of a theoretical analysis of a wide range of sources that reveal certain aspects of the stated topic, empirical research and personal experience, and productive substantive and technological developments accumulated by the authors of the article. The content of the article describes the content, technologies, diagnostic and digital tools that significantly improve the personal and professional development of future teachers in the process of humanistic, psychological and pedagogical studies. Here is revealed essential features of the value-worldview component of the content and technologies of psychological-pedagogical support for the personal and professional development of future teachers in the context of modern civilizational challenges and losses of education in Ukraine during the war. The problem specified in the article is characterized in accordance with the motivational-cognitive, constructive-active, reflective-prognostic, value-identifying stages of psychological-pedagogical support of personal and professional development of future teachers, which are the author's work in the process of researching a collective scientific topic. The architecture of the article is built on a wide sample of interviewing respondents and the use of adequate methods (Google survey, interviews, statistical analysis), which made it possible to clarify the requests of students of higher education (pedagogical specialties), their strengths and weaknesses in the context of personal and professional growth. The generalized results prove the effectiveness of the experimental content and technologies of psychological and pedagogical support for the personal and professional development of future teachers
