Abstract

The article reveals the problem of training future educators to interact with children of middle preschool age in the process of constructive play. Currently, the system of preschool education is transforming due to the search for new forms, methods, and techniques of interaction in the context of teacher-child interaction. It is clear that the modernization of the educational process requires a motivated, educated, progressive, and competent teacher, and therefore the process of professional training of preschool teachers. That is why, at the present stage of education development, an important task is to organize the educational process of future educators to interact with children of middle preschool age in the process of constructive activity. A decisive role in solving this problem is played by preschool education, the effectiveness of which depends on the professional readiness of future teachers of preschool education institutions to conduct constructive activities with children of middle preschool age, based on the ability to combine modern scientific approaches in educational activities. The state pays special attention to higher education: professional colleges and universities as the main generators of intellectual and professional growth of future specialists in preschool education. The article reveals the main concepts of the problem: training of future teachers of preschool education institutions, children of middle preschool age, constructive activity of children of middle preschool age, and play activity. Also, the theoretical foundations of training future educators to interact with middle preschool children in the process of constructive activity are defined: the definitional characteristic of training future educators to interact with middle preschool children; the means of forming future educators' skills of interaction with middle preschool children in the process of constructive activity are described.
