Abstract
The proposed article highlights the importance of the development of a professional teacher who is in demand in society, possesses the necessary professional competencies that allow effective management of various types of children's activities; creative thinker, suitable for effective professional activity and manifestation of leadership positions. This aspect obliges to determine the leadership potential, which ensures the individual process of professional and creative selfimprovement of the teacher and the professional trajectory of development based on balanced mental self-regulation. It was determined that the purpose of this article is the study of self-regulation, as a system-organized process of intrapsychic activity of the individual and an important factor in the formation of the leadership of the future teacher. In this review, a significant vector is the presentation of the problem through the analysis of the leadership of the future teacher based on the development of selfregulation of the individual, taking into account the fact that successful professional activity is mainly determined by its effectiveness. It has been found that leadership is a rather complex entity, which requires the presence of a system of certain characteristics and properties (motivationally orienting, intellectual-volitional, behavioral, social-communicative) in the structure of the individual. It is important to determine the fundamental qualities that determine their purposeful development and lead the individual to leadership positions. The authors' analysis of the leadership qualities of the future teacher based on the development of self-regulation of the personality made it possible to build a theoretical model that reflects the mechanisms of self-regulation of the personality. It has been proven that a teacher's leadership is part of his image. In this regard, it is important to form a "leadership style" that reflects the nature of relationships and activities: on the one hand, openness, the ability to quickly mobilize resources, persistence in achieving the goal. The leadership style is determined by the type of temperament, orientation, emotionality of the teacher and is characterized by charisma. In the conclusions, as an argument of significance, the fact that self-regulation is an important professional property that is necessary for solving practice tasks is highlighted. For the future teacher, conscious management of one's own cognitive processes, behavior, and mental states in the process of both educational and future professional activity becomes significant.
