Abstract

The article analyses in detail the problem of using digital tools in the process of teaching listening to primary school students, focusing on their key role in the formation of communicative competence, which is an important task of modern language and literary education. The research reveals the importance of audiative skills as a key component of effective communication, capable of ensuring high-quality perception, understanding and interpretation of oral speech, which is an integral part of the educational process. Particular attention is paid to the issues of effective implementation of multimedia resources, interactive platforms and personalised audiovisual materials that contribute to the development of primary school students' audiative skills.The article emphasises the importance of digital technologies for improving the quality of the educational process, as they allow creating an interactive environment for listening, which ensures individualisation of approaches and stimulates students' cognitive activity. Examples of the appropriate use of such tools as interactive platforms, multimedia presentations, QR codes, audio materials and other resources that allow to expand the possibilities of listening learning are presented. Thanks to the integration of modern technologies into the process of developing listening skills, primary school students will be able to practice listening in different formats: audio, visual and interactive, which contributes to the comprehensive development of primary school students' speech competences. Particular attention is paid to methodological recommendations on the use of digital tools in teaching listening. Among them are the practices of creating teachers' own audiovisual materials, using interactive platforms to consolidate the material studied, as well as the integration of digital technologies and traditional teaching methods. It is argued that this approach not only increases students' interest but also develops their skills of analytical thinking, attention and work with information.
