Abstract
he article examines the value-semantic and moral-ethical foundations of pedagogical support for interpersonal interaction in primary school students. Based on the results of a theoretical analysis of the problem in modern scientific discourse, the essence of basic concepts is presented, the value-semantic and moral-ethical foundations of pedagogical support for interpersonal interaction in various activities are characterized. The importance of pedagogical support in the formation of a culture of interaction aimed at preserving psychological comfort and developing students’ emotional intelligence is revealed. Pedagogical strategies that involve the integration of moral and ethical principles into the educational process, as well as means and technologies are investigated. The results of the empirical study presented in the article, obtained using an online survey conducted with the help of the author's questionnaire on the Google Meet platform, reveal the need for value-significant interpersonal interaction in primary school students in various types of educational and cognitive activities. In the context of the article's subject matter, the value potential of the content of primary education subject areas is highlighted based on the results of the theoretical analysis. Modern theoretical and practical developments by Ukrainian and foreign scholars are presented, substantiating the effectiveness of developing of students' ethical competencies through educational activities. Particular attention is paid to the role of the primary school teacher as a facilitative leader capable of providing effective pedagogical support for the formation of value-based interpersonal interaction. The article highlights the interim results of the study, which form the basis for the development of didactic tools and practical cases for primary school teachers.
