Abstract

The article deals with the results of the research of the economic, legal, and personal contexts of entrepreneurial activity in the sphere of education in general and primary education in particular. The research was carried out using factor analysis to refute or confirm the positive influence of the specified contexts on the implementation of entrepreneurial activities by primary school teachers. The economic context refers to the orientation towards the development of entrepreneurial activity in accordance with social and economic processes that influenced the change in the goal of entrepreneurial activity and the methods of achieving it in the pre-war period (conducting entrepreneurship activity in favorable conditions and in conditions of a transparent tax system), during the full-scale invasion of Russian troops into the Ukraine’s territory (restore business operations) and in the post-war period (to implement projects of the National Program «Revival of Ukraine» to stimulate the opening of new businesses, liberalize the tax system, create incentives for entrepreneurial activity. The positive impact of the legal context on the implementation of entrepreneurial activity in the sphere of education is caused by the current constitutional, legislative and regulatory provisions that regulate the implementation of entrepreneurial activity in the sphere of education. In particular, they regulate the provision of services for obtaining secondary education, the first level of which is primary education and the implementation of entrepreneurial activities in the sphere of online education. The personal context of implementing entrepreneurial activity in the sphere of education has a positive impact on its implementation when the primary school teacher has internal motivation to carry out this type of activity. This is motivation to self-realization in the sphere of education, to practical implementation of ideas for improvement, modernization of educational processes in primary school and to promoting innovative educational activities of primary school teachers. The formation of certain knowledge, skills, abilities, abilities and personal qualities is also important.
