Abstract

The article examines the scientific problem of the development of creativity in fourth-graders in the lessons of the integrated art course in wartime. The concept of “creativity” and its essence are clarified. The findings are presented using descriptive analysis. A series of creative tasks and exercises for the development of creativity in fourth-graders in integrated art lessons are adapted and developed. The appropriate tools are identified and their use in the practical activities of the teacher with 4th-grade students is outlined in accordance with the content of art textbooks. The use of elements of art therapy is proposed when developing exercises and tasks for primary school students. Practical cases and recommendations are identified. Prospects for further research are identified in the context of refining methods and exercises for the formation and development of students' creativity in distance learning.
