Abstract

The article analyses the research on the problem of forming responsible environmental and natural behaviour in children of preschool and primary school age; the essence of the concepts of ‘responsibility’ ‘behaviour’; “responsible environmental and natural behaviour”. The article substantiates the main pedagogical positions on the use of the game in the formation of responsible ecological and natural behaviour of senior preschoolers and pupils of and first grade pupils. These include: the need to enrich games with cognitive content of ecological and and nature-based content through excursions, walks in the natural environment, reading children's fiction, discussions on its content, viewing thematic illustrations, videos, etc; taking into account the psychological structure of the game activity, which is considered as a systematically organised set of interrelated and interrelated and interdependent components (motivational and goal, content, procedural and operational, control and evaluation, and resultant); understanding of game management as a process of interrelated activity of the child and the teacher. In this case, the management of game activity has systematic organisation of a binary nature - one block represents the activity of children's activity, the other - the teacher's activity; reliance on the classification of games, which provides for the division of all children's games into two systemic groups - creative games and games based on ready-made rules. By tradition, the second group of games is also called abbreviated: games by rules; to consciously design the methodology of pedagogical management of games of different types, as it has significant differences depending on the type of of the game (a feature of the methodology for managing creative games is the involvement of indirect methods of pedagogical influence, and the specificity of of the methodology for managing games by rules is the teacher's reliance on encouraging children to follow the rules of a particular game and controlling their and control over their observance); organisation of developmental and educational game environment; purposeful introduction of different types of games into a holistic educational the integral educational process.
