Abstract
The relevance of the study is due to the transformations of the educational environment, the growing role of digital technologies and the need to form innovative competence of consultants in adult education, which determines the quality of their professional support in the digital age. The paper outlines the contradictions between the need to ensure a high level of innovation of consultants and the insufficient development of practices for using digital resources in consulting activities, between the requirements for flexibility and technologicality of adult education and the limited level of readiness of specialists to implement innovative solutions. The object of the study is the development of innovative competence of consultants in adult education, the subject is digital resources and tools of consulting activities as a means of developing innovative competence of consultants in adult education. The purpose of the study is to investigate the effectiveness of the use of digital resources and tools in consulting activities from the perspective of developing innovative competence of consultants in adult education, based on the analysis of scientific sources and empirical data. At the theoretical level, the principles of developing innovative competence of consultants in adult education and the digitalization of education were analyzed, the content of the concept of "innovative competence of a teacher" was clarified, the features of the manifestation of innovative competence of consultants and its role in ensuring the quality of educational support were determined, and the potential of digital resources and tools as key means of forming innovative competence was outlined. The empirical base is made up of higher education institutions of Ukraine, in particular, Borys Grinchenko Kyiv Metropolitan University and the Universum Vocational College, where a diagnosis of the level of innovative competence of consultants (teachers and students involved in consulting activities) was carried out. Based on the results obtained, the potential of digital resources as a factor in developing innovative competence of consultants was substantiated and methodological recommendations were developed for the implementation of digital resources in order to develop innovative competence of consultants. The practical significance lies in diagnosing the impact of digital resources and tools on the development of innovative competence of consultants, as well as in developing practical recommendations for effective digital support in adult education.
