Abstract
The relevance of the research is due to the intensive technological development of society, the penetration of information technologies into the sphere of education and the requirements of society for the teacher to fulfill a new professional role, which provides for the use of various modern means for the effective acquisition of new knowledge and targeted use of information. According to the results of the analysis of scientific works, it was established that the idea of functioning the study room system of education was implemented in the 70s of the twentieth century during the education of students in grades 5-8 and 5-10. In 2002, the first Standard List of Teaching Aids, Technical Teaching Means and General-Purpose Equipment was approved, and in 2006, the development of a regulatory framework for staffing a primary school classroom was initiated. By 2025, the orders of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine approved three lists of teaching means for primary grades, in particular the Basic List of 2006, the Sample List of 2018, and the Typical List of 2020. It was found that these lists differ from each other. Taking into account the intensive technological progress, some teaching aids were removed, and others were added. In addition, the 2020 Standard List added requirements for equipping a primary school study room and specified accompanying documents (hygienic certificate or conclusion of the state sanitary and epidemiological examination, technical passport for the product, declaration of compliance with the requirements of technical regulations; instructions for use and storage in Ukrainian, methodological support for various types of work in accordance with the primary school curriculum). In the work, the essence of the term "readiness of teachers to equip primary school study rooms with teaching means" is analyzed as a complex mental formation, the components of which are: a motive for self-realization based on self-development; the ability to select teaching means taking into account the relevant knowledge and skills. The list of features of equipping a primary school study room with teaching aids includes the following features: 1) pedagogical (equipping a primary school classroom with teaching means should be carried out taking into account the pedagogical law, pedagogical regularities and pedagogical principles); 2) organizational (equipping a primary school study room with teaching means can be carried out in variable, permanent, zonal ways); individual differences in the formation of students' educational parameters. In order to verify the correctness of the definition of features, components, criteria, indicators and levels of research on teachers' readiness to equip a classroom were determined, taking into account the pedagogical, organizational and psychological features of equipping a primary school classroom with teaching meads. The results of the pedagogical experiment confirmed the effectiveness of the identified features.
