Abstract

The relevance of the topic is determined by the fact that contemporary children are significantly influenced by digital technologies, alongside increasing levels of anxiety and social isolation—particularly in the context of martial law, safety threats, and air raid alerts. A key objective of primary education is to create a safe and psychologically supportive learning environment that promotes health preservation and the enrichment of pupils’ emotional experience. The study substantiates the fundamental concepts of computational thinking and its components and provides an analysis of scientific and methodological literature. The purpose of the project is to theoretically substantiate, design, and experimentally validate a workbook of emotional tasks aimed at enriching the emotional experience of Grade 3 pupils in the process of teaching the social and health-preserving educational domain. The main research objectives include: analyzing the issue of enriching the emotional experience of Grade 3 pupils within the social and health-preserving educational domain and substantiating the pedagogical relevance of emotional tasks for addressing this issue; developing a workbook of emotional tasks for Grade 3 within the social and health-preserving educational domain and describing the methodology of its implementation in the primary school educational process; experimentally verifying the effectiveness of the workbook of emotional tasks for Grade 3 pupils. The practical significance of the study lies in the development of a structured system of diverse tasks designed to enrich the emotional experience of Grade 3 pupils during instruction in the social and health-preserving educational domain. The tasks are organized according to the Grade 3 curriculum topics and are aimed at developing various components of emotional experience (cognitive, motivational, behavioral, and reflective). They include tasks for individual, pair, and group work, as well as activities involving the use of digital educational tools.
