Abstract

The relevance of the research is caused by the multifunctional activity of the teacher, which includes the ability to plan, organize and adjust the educational process for the student body as a whole and each student in particular. According to the results of the analysis of scientific works, we determined that scientists consider the problem of long-term, annual and current planning in relation to the following aspects: the purpose of each type of planning; development of documentation in compliance with the structure, stages, principles of planning; practical implementation of the defined structure and complex of pedagogical and scientific activities. It was found that the modern practice of planning the educational process in primary school is characterized by the implementation of the process in compliance with the competency-based approach, the use of modern digital technologies, the introduction of innovative forms and methods of planning the educational process, and taking into account the value attitude of the primary school teacher to pedagogical activity as for an effective tool for forming the country's intellectual resource. In the master's work substantiates the essence of the term "readiness of primary school teachers to plan the educational process" as a complex personal formation, which includes knowledge of the features of the organization of the educational process in primary school and the ability to analyze one's own pedagogical actions from the perspective of their orientation towards the effective organization of the educational process. The author's work on the formation of the readiness of primary school teachers to plan the educational process is proposed. This work includes: the website "Planning the educational process in primary school", a set of interactive exercises and a scientific and methodological guide for the self- educational activities of primary school teachers (which are posted on the website for convenience). In order to check the effectiveness of the developed tools, the components of readiness for planning the educational process were determined, as well as the criteria, indicators and levels of research of their formation in teachers of the experimental and control groups. According to the results of the pedagogical experiment, the effectiveness of the author's work was confirmed.
