Abstract
The object of the research is the favorable educational environment in general secondary education institutions. The subject of the research is the managerial aspect of creating a favorable educational environment in general secondary education institutions. The purpose of the research is to provide theoretical substantiation and to develop practical recommendations for the head of a general secondary education institution on creating a favorable educational environment. The master’s thesis examines the theoretical foundations of creating a favorable educational environment in general secondary education institutions; conducts a SWOT analysis of the educational environment of Lyceum No. 285 of Kyiv; and substantiates a comprehensive managerial approach to creating and improving a favorable educational environment in the specified educational institution.
