Abstract
Personal tolerance is examined as a societies conservation and development factor in the conditions of globalization changes and multiculturalism. The place of tolerance in the structure of professional culture of educators is defined. Сharacteristics of tolerance and features of pedagogical specialities teachers’ and students’ views on the tolerance culture and personal tolerance were analyzed and the main causes of pedagogical community’s intoleranсe are presented
