Abstract
The focus of modern education raises many urgent and complex problems that require urgent resolution. Among them a special place interpersonal relationships of parents and teachers. This is especially true of relations between primary school teachers with parents of children who only begin their studies. Ideally, parents and educators need to become allies: teacher - part of a family microenvironment and parents - part microenvironment school. Only under such conditions, both sides will find ways to solve problematic situations that often arise in the educational process
